Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Dispatch Operative at the Droitwich Dairy site. This full-time permanent role covers PM shifts (4 on 4 off, 18:00–06:00) and involves packing, dispatch, and upholding high hygiene standards.

You will work in a chilled environment, receive full training, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding Müller values. PPE is provided and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Previous manual packing experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• You will ideally have: strong teamwork, communication and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manually pack products into trolleys, ensuring quality and reporting non-conformances.
• Transport full and empty trolleys throughout the chill operation.
• Operate equipment safely and complete asset care and deep-cleaning activities.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, food safety and health & safety.
• Support effective shift handovers for operational continuity.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
• Operate the trolley wash and maintain supply of trolleys for fillers.
• Lead by example in promoting safety and technical standards.
• Work with Coordinators and Team Leaders to support requirements.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements across the department.
