About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

1. Provide emotional and practical support to children in a residential care setting
2. Help young people with daily routines including education, leisure activities, and personal care
3. Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a role model
4. Manage challenging behaviour in a calm and therapeutic way
5. Participate in shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (residential care, CAMHS, education, youth work, etc.)
• 6 months UK-based experience is essential
• A genuine commitment to safeguarding and child development
• Resilience, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
