As the new Senior Team Leader, you will be emotionally strong and driven to make a difference daily. Most importantly, you will understand our children and their backgrounds, ensuring their needs are prioritized. You will be approachable and detail-oriented, guaranteeing our children’s safety at all times and full adherence to protocols and regulations.

The workday can be unpredictable, involving organizing activities in the morning and providing 1:1 support in the afternoon.

Shift Pattern: 16-24 Hour shifts (including Sleep-in), on a one-on-two or two-on-four basis.
