We seek enthusiastic, energetic, flexible, and caring individuals to join our team across the Warrington, Runcorn region, to continue improving the lives of the young people in our care.

As a Senior Team Leader, you will be involved in all aspects of their daily lives, making a positive impact that is immeasurable.

In addition to a Refer a Friend Scheme, we offer:

  • Rate of Pay: up to £14.50 per hour, dependent on experience/qualifications

  • Days out and activity days off-site
  • Management Development Programme for career advancement from Support Worker to Registered Manager and beyond

Shift Pattern: 16-24 Hour shifts (including Sleep-in), on a one-on-two or two-on-four basis.

The young people in our care range from 8 to 18 years old, with various behavioral and emotional needs.
