The children in our care are aged 8-18 years and have a range of EBD needs, including emotional and behavioral difficulties.
As a Team Leader, you will be involved in all aspects of their daily lives, including household duties, transportation, paperwork, and making positive impacts on their lives.

Salary includes full-time shifts (including 8 sleeps per month). Requirements:
Responsibilities include supporting and caring for young people, encouraging educational readiness, travel, care planning, task completion, meal prep, social activities, home maintenance, and liaising with external stakeholders.
