Children's Team Leader

£13.40ph with an additional £30.00 sleep-in rate.

The children in our care are aged 8-18 years and have a range of EBD needs, including emotional and behavioral difficulties.

As a Team Leader, you will be involved in all aspects of their daily lives, including household duties, transportation, paperwork, and making positive impacts on their lives.

We offer a comprehensive in-house team for your learning and development, supporting a long-term, progressive career within an organization with an international presence.

Salary includes full-time shifts (including 8 sleeps per month). Benefits include sign-up bonuses, referral bonuses, overtime pay, uncapped sleep, disturbance pays, mileage allowance, free meals, and flexible shift patterns. Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Desirable: 12 months experience in a residential setting

Responsibilities include supporting and caring for young people, encouraging educational readiness, travel, care planning, task completion, meal prep, social activities, home maintenance, and liaising with external stakeholders.
