Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our Children’s Home in Stone. You will work 39-hour weeks on a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern and provide care, support, and daily living assistance to children aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural needs.

The role offers a salary of £13.45–£14.15 per hour plus up to £6,000 sleep-in allowance, with enhancements such as generous annual leave, DBS covered, and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License - essential.
• Experience in residential settings with children and young people is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with emotional, physical, and social needs.
• Accompany them to appointments, school, and activities.
• Deliver personal care and assist with daily routines.
• Support with household tasks and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

About Us:

Our Children’s Home in Stone is looking for a number of Residential Support Workers to join their team and be part of something special.

With help from your manager and a team of passionate Support Workers you will be working alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live despite the challenges they may bring.

Our young people are between 8-18 years old who display emotional, behavioural difficulties. This is why we are looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who are flexible and able to adapt to challenging situations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
• Accompanying them to appointments, school, and fun activities
• Delivering personal care and helping with daily routines
