Job summary

Cambian is seeking a Children's Residential Care Worker to support young people aged 8-18 in a home setting. You will assist with daily routines, homework, meals, and engaging activities, building trust and safety through consistent, person-centered care.

The role emphasizes emotional support, relationship-building, and thorough documentation, with a fully funded pathway to NVQs Levels 3-5 and clear opportunities for internal promotion.

Pay & Benefits

• £11.92 - £12.54 per hour (DOE)
• Sleep-in shifts: £3600 per annum (up to 10 shifts/month)
• 224 hours (5.6 weeks) annual leave
