Job summary

Cambian is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Hereford to support young people aged 8-18 with daily routines, school prep, meals and activities. You’ll help create a warm, homely environment and build trust through consistent, compassionate care.

No prior experience? If you have the passion, we'll provide the training. Two weeks induction is fully funded with clear pathways for promotion and diplomas (Levels 3-5).

Residential Support Worker

Location: Hereford

Pay: £13.19-£13.81 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

• As a Residential Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
