Cambian Group Plc is hiring a Residential Support Worker in Felton (Hereford). You will help young people aged 8–18 with daily routines, school prep, and activities in a supportive home setting.

Expect an hourly rate of £13.19–£13.81 plus £30 per sleep-in; comprehensive induction and ongoing training are provided. This role focuses on building trust, safety, and wellbeing for residents in a caring environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
