We’re looking for compassionate, committed, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Residential Children's Support Workers in our 2 bed home in Preston. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be a positive role model and provide life‑changing support to children who need it most.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
  • Support children in developing life skills, confidence, and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver high‑quality care.
  • Work shifts, 2 days on (including sleeps) and 4 days off.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People or equivalent (highly desirable) or a willingness to undergo this qualification once employed.
  • Experience in a children's home setting (highly desirable).
  • Passion to help nurture young people.
  • Full, UK driving licence (essential).
  • All candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulation.

Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
