Caretech is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Care Worker for our Colchester home in Essex. You will provide 1:1 emotional support, create a warm, safe home, and help with education goals and social activities.

New staff receive full training, with a funded NVQ Level 4 after 6 months and a two-week induction. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and you must be flexible for rotational shifts and sleep-ins in a fast-paced setting.

We are looking for a dedicated Children's Residential Care Worker to join our home in Colchester, Essex. No prior experience is necessary as we provide full comprehensive training. If you are compassionate, resilient, and want to make a genuine impact on the lives of young people, we want to hear from you.

The children in our Colchester home are aged 4-12 years old. It is a fast-paced and busy home, and we are looking for individuals with an 'up for anything' attitude and a genuine love for working with young children. Your days with the children will be very varied - no two days are the same!, Full UK driving licence is preferred.

Must be available for rotational shifts and mandatory sleep-ins.

New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people's records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.

Shifts are 2-3 days per week (08:00am to 11:00pm + sleep-in).

Fully funded NVQ Level 4 Children and Young People's Workforce after 6 months.

Fully paid two week induction.
