Derby City Council is seeking a fully committed Children’s Practitioner to join our Multi agency team. This role is based at Locality 3/4 The Light House, offers 37 hours per week, and a permanent contract within Grade G (£34,237 - £37,563 per year).

You will work with children and families to support wellbeing, resilience and positive outcomes, providing targeted interventions and collaborating with education, health and social care professionals.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed full-time Children’s Practitioner to join our caring and committed Multi agency team. Multi Agency Teams are at the heart of Derby City Council's Early Intervention Strategy and provide support and services to young children and families.
