Phoenix Learning and Care Group is seeking an experienced Children’s Home Manager to lead a dedicated team of support workers and provide high-quality care for children in our homes. You will recruit, supervise staff, develop care plans, and ensure safeguarding and wellbeing standards are met.
You will drive service improvement, foster a nurturing, home-like environment, and build strong relationships with children, families, and partner professionals.
Salary: £53,557.92 per annum, based on 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, working a 9 Day Fortnight
