Job summary

Service Care is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a children's residential service in Lutterworth, Leicestershire (LE17). The role involves supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations and leading a dedicated staff team to uphold high standards of care.

You will promote safeguarding, supervise staff development, monitor care plans and outcomes, and liaise with social workers and professionals to ensure regulatory compliance.

Role: Deputy Manager – Assessments Home

Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire – LE17

We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the leadership of an assessments-focused children's residential service in Lutterworth.

Working closely with the Registered Manager, you'll play an important role in maintaining high standards of care while supporting and developing the residential team.
