Support Worker Role

We seek support workers who share our values of patience, respect, compassion, understanding, and adaptability. We offer zero-hour contracts at competitive rates, with shifts typically lasting 12 hours. We provide tools for success, including career growth and professional development opportunities.

Requirements include:

• Being a car driver with access to a vehicle
• Having a warm, engaging personality suitable for working with children and young people
• Flexibility in work schedule

Experience with challenging young people is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome applications from those with the right skills and values.

Training and Safeguarding

If selected, you'll undergo onboarding including 16 training modules, a 2-day Physical Intervention Training course by GSA-certified tutors, and a 1-day training on Children’s Safeguarding, Trauma Informed Practice, Polyvagal Theory, and understanding your role.
