Job description

Children's Social Worker, Safeguarding, Northampton and Wellingborough

Rate: £38ph - Hybrid working; presence in the office required to meet service needs when requested. The NCT Safeguarding Services handle cases transferred from DAAT at the initial Child Protection Conference or the first Child in Need meeting. These cases remain with the service until closure. Cases escalating to court or involving long-term care are transferred to the Children in Care Teams. The service works with a diverse range of children and young people with varying needs. The team is eager to develop and expand areas of practice and is interested in social workers with different specializations.
