This lovely family is looking for a professional, organised, flexible, relaxed, kind, and caring Rota Nanny for two little boys aged 4 and 2.

Highlights

• Working Hours: 8.30 am to 6.30 pm with flexibility for babysitting. 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
• Salary: £50,000 gross per annum

Overview

The ideal candidate should have good understanding and experience of working with children of similar age. The eldest boy will start school in September.

The children are happy, healthy, and in a good routine. They enjoy outdoor activities, playdates, visits to the park, and attending classes. They are focused and independent, loving to explore and move freely.

The role involves a mix of sole charge and shared care; the Nanny should be comfortable working alongside the parents as well as independently when needed, allowing the parents to work with trust and confidence.

The family spends summers in Portugal and the rest of the year in London.

The core working hours are 8.30 am to 6.30 pm, with flexibility for babysitting. The Rota Nanny works on a 2-week rotation with another nanny.

The family enjoys holidays together, and the nanny is expected to travel with them.

The Nanny must be proactive, highly organised, and possess excellent communication skills to work closely with the family and the other rota nanny, providing the best care for the boys. They should create a fun, stimulating environment that supports the boys' development and thriving. The candidate should understand the role of a Nanny, maintaining discretion, respecting the family home, and upholding professional boundaries.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Nursery duties including children’s laundry
• Ensuring bedrooms and play areas are tidy and well-organised
• Planning and preparing healthy, nutritious meals for the children
