A lovely family in London seeks a professional Rota Nanny for their two boys, aged 4 and 2. The role involves caring for the children, planning meals, and maintaining a stimulating environment. The role involves a mix of sole charge and shared care; the Nanny should be comfortable working alongside the parents as well as independently when needed, allowing the parents to work with trust and confidence.
The family spends summers in Portugal and the rest of the year in London.
The core working hours are 8.30 am to 6.30 pm, with flexibility for babysitting. The Rota Nanny works on a 2-week rotation with another nanny.
The family enjoys holidays together, and the nanny is expected to travel with them.
The Nanny must be proactive, highly organised, and possess excellent communication skills to work closely with the family and the other rota nanny, providing the best care for the boys. They should create a fun, stimulating environment that supports the boys' development and thriving. The candidate should understand the role of a Nanny, maintaining discretion, respecting the family home, and upholding professional boundaries.
