Charles Hunter Associates is partnering with a national care group to recruit a Therapeutic Residential Worker for their Lewes home in East Sussex. This role offers a clear development pathway through funded training and progression into management.

You will work shift patterns including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with a starting salary of £31,000 and a 28-day annual leave allowance, plus benefits such as a loyalty bonus and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting is desirable.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support children with emotional, physical and developmental needs.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience.
• Act as a role model and safeguard the wellbeing of others.
• Drive license and own vehicle may be required.
