Complete assessments and interventions in line with Wales Safeguarding Procedures and the Signs of Safety framework.
Develop child-centred care and support plans in collaboration with children, young people, and families.
Work across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children cases as required.
Lead and contribute to multi-agency meetings, including Child Protection Conferences, Core Groups, and LAC Reviews.
Undertake Section 47 enquiries, assessing and responding to safeguarding risks.
Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and accurate recording within WCCIS.
Use trauma-informed approaches to build strong, trusted relationships with families.
Partner with education, health, police, and youth services to deliver coordinated interventions.
Maintain compliance with Social Care Wales professional standards.
