Due to his visual impairment, he needs supervision, prompts, reminders and support with navigating unfamiliar environments.He lives at home with his mum and twin sister.We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to take our client to do activities to include golf and scouts.**You must be a driver with a car to take him to these activities.****When you'll be working*** Tuesday evenings: approx 5.30pm-9.30pm* Sundays: 2-3 hours for golf tournaments in the afternoons (approx 3.30pm-6.30pm)* If you are interested in more shifts, we also have shifts available with our other young client in Shrewsbury, supporting at school for school hoursIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
