This role demands energy and excellent communication. A full UK driving licence is beneficial; shifts and sleep-ins are possible. We offer funded qualifications, training and a Real Living Wage.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic approach.
• Experience or qualifications in children's care or transferable skills such as nursery, sport, education or early years.

Responsibilities

• Care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a family home setting.
• Provide emotional and physical support to help children reach their potential especially during crises.
• Be a positive role model and build trusting relationships with the children.
• Maintain safe, supportive environments and be flexible with shifts and sleep-ins.
