Job summary

Keys Group is hiring a Residential Support Worker for our children's homes in Widnes. The role involves caring for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, providing encouragement, and acting as a calm, supportive presence during crises.

Residential Support Worker Children's Homes

Location: Widnes - drivers only

Salary: £13.45 per hour plus £3000 - £6000 pa for sleep-ins. (£62.64 per sleep-in)

Shift patterns - Full time working long days plus extra sleep in (approx. 4-6 sleep ins per month)

Full UK Driving licence is required.

We are looking for a children's support worker to become part of our lovely family home, caring for young people who have sometimes emotional and behavioural difficulties. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.

The role can be emotionally challenging and you could be handling sometimes difficult situations BUT you could be the person to change a life for the better.

What do you need?
