Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking an experienced Child support worker to join our team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours. You will help with daily living activities and provide person-centred support.

We offer flexible shifts including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins, with ongoing support from the Phoenix Care Staff team in a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience working in care/support work.
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support.
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.
