Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking experienced Children’s Support Workers to join our team. You will assist children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours, delivering person-centred care in a supportive environment.

We offer flexible shifts including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins, with ongoing support from the Phoenix Care Staff team. A UK driving licence is preferred, and reliability and empathy are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in care/support work.
• Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
• Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support.
• Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts.
