Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months UK experience supporting children and young people.
• Experience in children’s services, residential care or similar settings.
• Good understanding of safeguarding children and young people.
• Ability to de-escalate behaviours that may be challenging.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, proactive and able to maintain professional boundaries.
