Qualifications

• Previous experience in care or support work.
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine interest in supporting people.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the changing needs of clients.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
• Level 3 Health & Social care qualification (desirable).
