Zusammenfassung

iMap Centre in Winsford seeks dedicated support workers to assist children and young people with personal care, education support, and activities. You will empower individuals to express their wishes, support health and wellbeing, and help them engage in community activities.

We value compassionate, resilient team players who can adapt to rotating shifts, including early/late and some weekends. Part-time hours are available and DBS checks are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children, preferably in SEND/autism.
• Be compassionate and understanding.
• Dynamic problem solver who can work well under pressure.
• Effective verbal and listening skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

About the Role

Are you Understanding, Empowering and Aspirational? If so, you could help our children and young people make the best out of every day. Support workers are the key to providing outstanding care and we are looking for vibrant, resilient and committed people to join our small team in Winsford. Hours consist of earlies, lates, double and some weekends as part of a rotating staff team. Part-Time hours available.

Please note iMap do not currently offer Certificates of Sponsorship.
