Job summary

Fulbridge Social Care is seeking an experienced Residential Children's Support Worker for a children’s learning disabilities home. You will provide care, guidance and support in a safe, nurturing environment to vulnerable children and young people.

The role requires patience, resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviours, with strong communication and teamwork skills. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you will work to a fixed rota to meet care needs.
