Job summary

Fulbridge Social Care is seeking an experienced Residential Children's Support Worker to join a children's EBD home. You will provide care, guidance and support to vulnerable children in a safe, nurturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with vulnerable children or young people displaying challenging behaviours, a patient and resilient approach, and strong communication and teamwork skills. A fixed rota and a full UK driving licence are essential requirements for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with vulnerable children or young adults who display challenging behaviours.
• Experience supporting individuals with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Patient, resilient and confident in managing challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and able to commit to following a fixed rota.
