Job summary

Fulbridge Social Care is seeking an experienced Residential Children's Support Worker to join a children’s EBD home. The role involves providing care, guidance and support within a safe, nurturing environment for vulnerable children and young people with challenging behaviours.

You will need patience, resilience and confidence in managing difficult situations, plus excellent communication and teamwork to work effectively with colleagues and families.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with vulnerable children or young adults who display challenging behaviours.
• Experience supporting individuals with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Patient, resilient and confident in managing challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and able to commit to following a fixed rota.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
