Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Malvern is seeking a committed Children’s Supervisor (Lunchtime Supervisor) to supervise pupils during lunch breaks, ensuring a safe and friendly environment. This term-time, permanent role offers 5 hours per week across Monday to Friday, with a pro rata salary linked to Scale 1 (Pts 3) £25,614 per annum.

You will support safeguarding, promote positive behaviour, and work with a supportive pastoral team to maintain an inclusive school community. DBS checks apply.

Job overview Children’s Supervisors will help supervise our pupils during their lunch breaks, ensuring a safe, happy and friendly environment.

Children’s Supervisors will be aware of and support the implementation of all school policies especially any incidents concerning Safeguarding issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervision of pupils in the dining hall, playground, and school premises during the lunch period
• Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding the welfare of pupils
• Supporting a safe, happy, and inclusive environment for all children.
