Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Working with various agencies to manage and progress a child’s plan (Child in Need Plan or Child Protection Plan)
• Coordinating, monitoring, and adapting service provisions to promote positive change within a child’s home environment
• Assessing the needs of children
• Working with others to safeguard vulnerable individuals and promote their best interests

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work/Diploma in Social Work/CQSW approved by SWE
• Registered with Social Work England
• Sound assessment and case management skills
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle (advantageous)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of statutory frameworks, policies, procedures, and best practices
• Enhanced DBS check within the last 12 months (on the update service) — fast track through recruitment possible
