Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £27,580 - £28,797 per annum + £3,000 - £6,000 sleep-in allowance
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week (shifts + sleep-ins)
Contract: Permanent

What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality, therapeutic care within a safe and loving home environment.
Lead a team alongside a Service Manager and Deputy Manager to achieve the best outcomes for each child.
Manage daily shifts, mentor staff, and contribute to strategic planning for the home.
Act as a positive role model, building trusting relationships that foster recovery, growth, and lasting change.
Ensure access to appropriate services to support the children's needs.
Requirements:
Essential: At least 1 year's experience in a residential children's home.
Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and a strong team leader with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
Full UK driving licence (required).
