We’re recruiting on behalf of a warm and supportive Residential Children’s Home in Ashbourne. The Waking Nights Support Worker will ensure the safety, comfort, and emotional well-being of children during night hours.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing overnight care, ensuring safety and emotional well-being.
  2. Supporting children with personal care needs respectfully and with dignity.
  3. Encouraging independence and participation in daily routines.
  4. Creating a nurturing environment and building positive relationships.
  5. Collaborating with professionals, families, and team members.
  6. Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding at all times.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in care, especially with children or learning disabilities, is desirable.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) is a bonus.
