Lighthouse Capital Services Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for a Children's Residential Home in Sturry, Kent. The role focuses on leading shifts, supporting staff and delivering high-quality care for vulnerable children in a therapeutic setting.

Salary is £40,000 per year including up to 8 sleep-ins monthly. We offer flexible working patterns, an enhanced leave policy, a pension, training and clear career progression within a growing organisation.

Formación

• Experience in a Children's Residential Home and supporting children with emotional/behavioural needs.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not held.
• Senior Residential Support Worker or Team Leader experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and manage the daily operation of the home.
• Mentor, guide and support Residential Support Workers.
• Promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
• Support care planning, record keeping and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with families, social workers and external professionals.
• Contribute to staff development, inductions and training.
• Help maintain a positive culture and high standards across the service.
