Job summary

Cambian Group Plc is seeking compassionate residential care workers to support children and young people in a warm, stable home environment. You will build strong relationships, plan activities, and accompany them on off-site trips while promoting positive choices within a flexible shift pattern.

The role welcomes applicants with a positive can-do attitude; experience is preferred but not essential, with training provided and a commitment to safeguarding young people.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate empathy and patience with children/young people.
• Clear communication with colleagues, carers and families.
• Able to read situations and respond appropriately.
