Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited is seeking compassionate Residential Support Workers to provide stability, care and encouragement for children and young people in residential settings across the UK.

You will support daily life, emotional wellbeing, routines and independence, building trusting relationships with young people and helping with behaviour management. Flexible shifts, same-day pay and a generous referral bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Six months of full-time care experience in the last three years.
• At least three months' experience working with children or young people in the last three years.
• Right to work in the UK.
• A kind, resilient, and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• You will work in a residential care setting, supporting children with daily life, emotional wellbeing, and guidance.
• Build positive relationships based on trust and respect.
• Encourage independence and daily routines.
