This role is an agency, 0-hour support worker position offering flexibility to pick and choose shifts among various companies. Please note we do not offer guaranteed work.

We are seeking support workers with knowledge, compassion, patience, and understanding to support, enrich, and promote the independence of vulnerable Young People.

• Emotional and Challenging Behaviours (EBD)
• Learning Disabilities (LD) & Autism
• Mental Health (MH) – including self-harm and suicide risk

• Maintaining domestic tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and positive living environment
• Following care plans and safeguarding practices
