Job Description:

£33,374 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life, supporting them through their highs and lows. Our support workers help young people regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. This role involves creating positive moments, no matter how small, and making a real difference in their lives.

Our homes serve young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for the best outcomes. Our support workers find fulfillment in making small positive changes and celebrating these victories.

Responsibilities include:
  • Taking care of young people daily, ensuring routines are followed, and creating lasting memories.
  • Helping with morning routines, homework, paperwork, and planning activities.
  • Engaging in fun activities in the evenings and weekends, such as gaming, sports, movies, or outings.
Benefits include:
  • Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
  • Sleep-in payments: Up to 4 per month at £80 each, plus £1,400 Attendance Allowance (assuming good attendance)
  • Training: 4-week induction at our Care Academy
