Confidential is recruiting at a warm residential home in Greenford for a Children’s Residential Support Worker. The role involves providing consistent care for children aged 7-17 with complex needs, supporting daily routines, and coordinating with a therapeutic team.

The position offers 24.5h, 14h, and 10h wake night shifts, with a pay rate of £13.50 per hour plus £50 sleep-in. This is a hands-on, trauma-informed care role in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting children or young people with EBD in a children's home.
• Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or working towards it.
• Flexible availability including weekends and sleep-ins.
• Strong safeguarding, behaviour management, and trauma-informed care.

• Promote a safe, nurturing environment to help young people thrive.

We are recruiting dedicated Children s Residential Support Workers for a warm and supportive 3-bed EBD home in Greenford The home provides care for children and young people aged 7-17 who have experienced extreme disadvantages, including trauma, mental health challenges, neglect, abuse, and placement breakdowns.

What You'll Do

• Provide consistent care and emotional support to children with complex emotional and behavioural needs (EBD)

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting children or young people with EBD or similar complex needs within a Childrens Home
• Ideally hold a Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or equivalent (or working towards it)
• Flexible availability to work a combination of the following shiftsincludign occassional weekends and sleep-ins
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management, and trauma-informed care
• Calm, resilient, and compassionate approach to care
