Job summary

Academics in Huddersfield is seeking an experienced Children’s Residential Support Worker transitioning into specialist SEN schools. The Role – Children's Residential Support Worker

As a Children's Residential Support Worker transitioning into education, you'll work within specialist SEN schools across Huddersfield, supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. You'll help children overcome barriers to learning while encouraging positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence.

Every day is different, as you work alongside teachers and SEN professionals to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where every child has the opportunity to succeed.
