Job Description:

£33,374 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

You’ll care for young people daily, ensuring routines, helping with homework, completing paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends are for fun—playing games, sports, movies, or outings. The role is dynamic, focusing on each young person’s needs, personality, and potential, guiding them towards a positive future.

  • Sleep ins: Up to 4 per month, paid at £80 each (~£3,840/year), plus £1,400 Attendance Allowance with good attendance
