Duties and Responsibilities of a Support Worker:
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive living environment for those supported
  • Understanding, following, and carrying out correct safeguarding practices
  • Going out in the community on a variety of fun and engaging activities
  • Providing personal, domestic, and emotional support
