Job description

Changing children's lives for the better
Make a difference. Feel rewarded. Be the change.

We offer a range of career opportunities across our residential care, education, and therapeutic services for 6 to 18-year-olds from diverse backgrounds who have encountered various adverse childhood experiences. These include complex trauma, foster placement breakdowns, and difficulties engaging in educational settings.

Many of the young people we support have mental and developmental diagnoses affecting their daily functioning. To help them manage these challenges, we ensure that every interaction is therapeutic in nature.

Whether you join us as a residential care worker, teacher, adventurer, or as part of the support team, you'll be making a significant difference in a young person's life.

There are many reasons to join us, including competitive pay, fast-track progression opportunities, well-being benefits, access to our holiday home for breaks, and a warm, family-like work environment with a fun-focused company culture.

We lead with purpose. Our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments are central to shaping the future of social care and education.

What can we offer you?

We work hard but also value your personal life outside of work. That's why we provide a comprehensive benefits package alongside a competitive salary.

  • 5x independent SEND schools (including Esland online school)

• Be bold, fun, kind, and curious

• Make a difference

• Participate in charity initiatives

• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion

• Focus on ESG & sustainability
