Job summary

Confidential is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to join a children’s residential home. The role focuses on providing practical, emotional and social support to children and young people in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will help young people develop confidence, independence and resilience, working evenings, weekends and occasional sleep-ins as part of a committed team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience supporting children and young people is desirable.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

The Role

We are recruiting a Residential Support Worker (RSW) to join a children s residential home in Greenwich, supporting children and young people in a safe, nurturing environment.

As a Residential Support Worker (RSW), you will provide practical, emotional and social support, helping young people develop confidence, independence and resilience.

About You

• Reliable, caring and committed to providing high-quality children s residential care.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
