Residential Support Worker - Children's Home
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £13.20 - £13.90 per hour + £62.64 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-time - 39 hours per week
Driving Licence Required
Leader Group are working in partnership with a highly respected children's residential care provider to recruit Residential Support Workers for their home in Aylesbury.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You'll join a dedicated team providing consistent, safe, and nurturing care that helps children thrive.
Build trusted relationships with children and young people
Support them through everyday challenges and emotional difficulties
Promote routines, boundaries, and a therapeutic environment
Work as part of a committed staff team on a rota including long days and sleep-ins
Kindness, resilience, and a sense of humour
Willingness to learn and adapt in challenging situations
A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
No formal qualifications required - full training is provided
Fully funded training and qualifications (with career progression routes)
