Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker (RSW)

Location(s): Various Locations

Salary: £11.00 – £16.00 per hour based on shift pattern

Responsibilities include:

  • Following guidelines from relevant legislation such as the Children’s Act 1989, National Minimum Standards, and Every Child Matters.
  • Creating a safe and supportive environment.
  • Building positive relationships with young people.
  • Ensuring care plans are followed and up-to-date.
  • Handling practical tasks like cooking, cleaning, and home maintenance.
  • Acting as key worker to ensure plans are met.
  • Providing emotional support during difficult times.
