Your Chapter Ltd in Oldham is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead a therapeutic home for children and young people who have experienced trauma. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care while guiding a team, implementing routines, and maintaining safety and record-keeping.

This full-time, permanent role includes some evening, weekend, and sleep-in shifts within a supportive, award-winning organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience working in a residential childcare setting

Children's Residential Senior Support Worker

Salary: Up to £37,154.00 per annum

Hours: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week)

Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and an average of two sleep-ins per week (included in salary)

Sleep-In Rate: £55 per sleep-in (included in total salary package)

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a key leadership role within one of our therapeutic homes, helping to shape a safe, nurturing environment where children can begin to heal and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
