Your Chapter Ltd is seeking a Children’s Residential Senior Support Worker to lead within a therapeutic home, creating a safe, nurturing environment so children can begin to heal and thrive. The role involves mentoring staff, delivering high-quality care, supporting education and personal growth, and keeping accurate records.

A full UK driving licence is required, and sleep-ins are included in the salary package.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous experience working in residential childcare setting.
• Experience leading shifts or mentoring staff.

• Day-to-Day Support: Assisting children with routines such as personal care, meals, and activities.

• Maintaining Records: Ensuring accurate documentation and contributing to care planning.

Children's Residential Senior Support Worker

Salary: Up to £37,154.00 per annum

Hours: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week)

Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and an average of two sleep-ins per week (included in salary)

Sleep-In Rate: £55 per sleep-in (included in total salary package)

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a key leadership role within one of our therapeutic homes, helping to shape a safe, nurturing environment where children can begin to heal and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

What We Require

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience working in a residential childcare setting
