Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for The Old Vicarage in Swinderby, Lincoln to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist with daily living activities and accompany clients on community trips to promote independence.

The role offers a pathway to enhanced hourly rates via our competency framework, along with a comprehensive benefits package. A UK driving licence is required to operate the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Passion for care and progression of others.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities in daily activities.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Assist with independent living skills.
• Transport supervision using company vehicle (driving licence required).
