Kisimul Group Ltd in Swinderby, Lincoln is seeking compassionate Life Practitioners to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs at The Old Vicarage. You will help them live independently by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips.

We offer a £500 joining bonus, a company vehicle for transport, fully funded qualifications, DBS checks paid, and flexible working patterns. A full UK driving licence is required to drive the vehicle.

Qualifications

• Genuine care for residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Willingness to develop through supported training and DBS checks.
• Basic computer literacy and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities in daily activities.
• Accompany residents on community trips and activities.
• Assist in providing a safe, caring environment and transport coordination.
• Operate company vehicle in line with licence requirements.
